wow that builiding is still there !
ReplyDeleteOmni Park Building on the left was practically brand new in this 1973 photo, maybe not even opened yet. A 2009 Plain Dealer article states "The building, built 36 years ago as the A.M. Pena Building..."
ReplyDeleteTwo years later, in 2011, the PD reported "...a large fire... erupted shortly before 3 a.m. at a seven-story, 60-000-square-foot office building in Euclid. Firefighters were called to the Omni Park Building, 27801 Euclid Ave. near the Wickliffe border."
Save a Lot occupies the old Manners spot with the I-90 signage and overpass visible in the distance.
