Property owners are once again shelling out more to the beautiful city of Euclid, now it's for garbage collection. $108 per year billed twice a year, retroactive to January 2010.
Enjoy living in trash while paying a bit extra for it to be taken away.
Ward 4 Councilperson Mary Jo Minarik was the only person to vote against the measure.
