So the Euclid Red Lobster at 1278 East 260th Street has been sold for $250,000 to an entity called AFE EUCLID LLC. To me this looks like it may be the name of an agent. It traces back to an attorney in Cleveland by the name of Ann Marie Hawkins.
This location was formerly in the possession of General Mills (which became Darden) from 1983 until 2002, and then Carmen Digeronimo, albeit under different names, from 2002 until this purchase that just took place on October 7th, 2015.
Formerly the Dead Euclid blog, Euclid Evolution aims to show what Euclid once was in pictures and words, and how Euclid is today. Our focus is on history and architecture. Our goal is to photograph the changing face of the retail and restaurant industry in our Cleveland suburb, because we think that kind of thing is fascinating.
