25921 Euclid Ave was one of the original units on the East end of the Euclid-Richmond Shopping Center.
In 1952, the plaza opened with Mary's Style Shops in this location.
12 years later, in 1964, the store was broken into and robbed of $5,000 in merchandise.
Ouch.
It's 1970. You like nice things. You're not basic at all. |
Mary's Style Shops ran teasers in November 1983 that they were selling to the walls to "make way for a different store concept."
By February 1984, they were advertising their going out of business sales. 32 years!
Seven months later in September 1984, COLORTYME Rentals put out a want ad for a secretary.
Don't recall ColorTyme Rentals, but evidently in 1986 they were *America's Largest Rent-To-Own System* so wow, right?
Maybe that logo looks... a little familiar? |
TNT Fashions resided here for a while beginning in 1997 or so. They were gone in 2013.
In early 2017, a potential application submitted daycare plans to Euclid P&Z for 25921 Euclid Avenue.
